Reformer Pilates is primarily aimed at strengthening the core, improving posture, flexibility and balance. The Reformer offers increased resistance to your own body weight thanks to individually adjustable springs, thus increasing the intensity of your workout.
The training is suitable for people of all fitness levels and ages and is a perfect addition to any kind of sport. It's also great fun!

Whether you want to take your fitness to the next level, improve your posture or simply feel stronger from the inside out, our classes in different intensions are maximally efficient in every way. Our boutique studio consists of 6 reformers only. This allows us to cater to you and your body as individually as possible.
We want you to have the most wonderful experience during your visit so please read the full STUDIO RULES.
Our doors open 10 minutes before class but please arrive at least 5 MINUTES BEFORE so you have enough time to check-in, change and get ready. Please CHECK YOURSELF IN at the check-in counter and let our teachers know that it is your first time.
Please be aware that GRIPPY SOCKS ARE MANDATORY for safety reasons for all reformer classes. You can purchase them in our studio or bring your own.
Our FREE CANCELLATION POLICY IS 24 HOURS before your booked class. If you miss the 24h cancellation period, please still cancel your spot: you keep your credit as long as the class is fully booked.
This flow is based on the pilates principles according to Joseph Pilates: breathing, control, muscle strengthening, flexibility & coordination. Get introduced to the modern reformer method and technique through a full body workout. You can expect classical strength & endurance exercises combined with flowing movement sequences to mobilize & stabilize the entire body.
Our classic reformer routine is suitable for all levels: perfect for REFORMER BEGINNERS and anyone who wants to refine their technique and take it to the next level. The exercises vary regularly to keep challenging your body.

50 minutes in the flow for defined key muscles, overall strength, flexibility & coordination. This full body class is intense and a perfect blend of dynamic movement sequences aiming to strengthen and sculpt the core and all major muscle groups of the body, increase your overall fitness and balance your energy.
Dynamic Flow is suitable for the experienced ones of you who are already confident in performing reformer exercises – no beginner class.
Yoga x Reformer - the best of both worlds!
A perfect blend of stretch & strength, leaving you feel energized and balanced from inside out. Experience a full body flow with strengthening pilates elements combined with flowing yoga movement sequences on the reformer enhancing stability & flexibility. This flow allows you to dive deeper into each move mentally and physically and will nourish your mind, body and soul.
Our Yogilates Flow is suitable for all yogis who are already confident in performing exercises on the reformer – no beginner class.
This class is tailored specifically for the male physique. The class emphasizes the key muscle groups that support posture, stability and power. Expect targeted exercises that strengthen the core, develop back muscles, stretch and lengthen the hamstrings, hip flexors and quads counteracting tightness from running, cycling or weightlifting and build control in the glutes and pelvic floor.
This workout routine challenges the whole body and lets you feel the benefits directly. It's designed for men of all fitness levels who want to move better, feel stronger and train smarter. It's recommended as a great complement to other sports such as tennis, golf, soccer or jogging.
